Brandon began lifting in 1993 and hasn’t looked back at life without the weights since. He’s seen many training techniques, systems, and approaches to nutrition and training, but Brandon’s true strength lies in his deep study and history of martial arts. Having begun training in 1985 at 10 years old, Brandon has had the opportunity to forge a composite battery of martial arts teaching that is centered on a core of various traditional Shaolin martial arts styles and extends to several other arts. He applies the detail and discipline learned through martial arts to his training of his clients to ensure that they get all that they need from and of him.
