Robert Pearce has come a long way from the overweight child he once was. To drop the weight and get fit, he enrolled in boxing classes and studied martial arts, winning numerous tournaments throughout his teens. Working his way through his martial arts rankings and tournaments has taught Robert about believing in himself and the value of teamwork. This ability to move forward and face whatever was standing in his way to do well has helped Robert maintain a solid client base. “My clients come to me with a variety of goals; whether their objective is to achieve weight loss or athletic excellence, they receive the full benefit of my educational experience and my heartfelt understanding of how important it is to build a health and fitness program on a solid, knowledgeable foundation,” he says. Robert's certifications include: Personal Trainer through the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology (CSEP); Certified Kinesiologist through the Ontario Kinesiologist Association (OKA).
