Tanya comes to the fitness industry with 12 years of competitive dance experience, specializing in classical ballet, jazz, and modern styles of dance. After leaving the competitive dance stage, Tanya was led by her interest in dance to continue learning about health, wellness, and fitness. Gradually she became interested in body recomposition, and from there, she began training for fitness/bikini/figure model competitions. With seven years of personal training and four years of contest prep experience, Tanya’s wide-ranging expertise—which includes nutritional consulting and seminars—helps her develop programs (including regular boot camp classes) for an extensive range of people, from those looking to step onstage in physique competitions to those interested in general health and fitness.
