British Dragon Founder Extradited

Edwin Richard Crawley (pictured above), is the founder of British Dragon which is an underground steroid manufacturing lab. Edwin will soon join his business partner Ashley Vincent Livingston in the U.S. to face trial on anabolic steroid distribution and money laundering charges. The Thailand Court of Appeals upheld a lower court ruling authorizing extradition proceedings against Crawley and Livingston. A Thailand Criminal Court originally ruled to extradite Crawley and Livingston in 2008. Livingston did not appeal the ruling and was extradited to the United States two years ago (“Two Brits Arrested in Pattaya for Exporting Steroids to be ‘Extradited to USA‘”, December 16, 2010).

Steroid Dealers Doing Charity Work!

Crawley who had previously appealed against the extradition, but withdrew his appeal on 15th December, had been running his operation since 1999, making enough money to purchase properties worth millions! Crawley has received much support both from the online community and locally, where he is well known for helping local charities in Pattaya, and coaching the handicapped weight-lifting team! Nice guys LOL

Mutual Legal and Assistance Treaty

Crawley and Livingston were arrested by local police in Pattaya, Thailand on March 21, 2008. They apparently did not face any charges in Thailand. However, Thai police arrested them at the request of the U.S. Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) via the Mutual Legal and Assistance Treaty (MLAT) between the United States and Thailand.
