Synephedrine & Caffeine On Government Alert In Canada

Well it looks like Health Canada is up to its old tricks again. Instead of concentrating on products like cigarettes and alcohol they've put supplements containing the combination of caffeine and synephrine under their microscope. Synephrine may also be described as bitter orange or bitter orange peel. Details are sketchy at the moment but MUSCLE INSIDER has heard from 2 Canadian supplement retailers that Health Canada has asked for information on all the distributors and products that contain this “lethal” combination. This can only mean bad news for distributors of products that contain the synephrine and caffeine combo. Rumours surrounding the ban of germanium (the main component of the recent rash of concentrated pre-workout supplements) have been whispered for the past few months but it looks like the caffeine synephrine combo has jumped the queue and moved to the front of the line. A ban of this combo could have serious effects on the weight loss supplement industry in Canada. Keep checking back at www.Muscle-Insider.com and our sister site www.SupplementGenius.com for the latest details on this developing story. TWINLAB's RIPPED FUEL has this combination as does Nutrex Lipo 6X, Muscle Pharm Shred Matrix, BPIs RX6 and several others. Will they be pulled? Only time will tell...
