Which booths to be sure to visit!

The expo is big. Huge, really. MASSIVE, actually. And definitely overwhelming. But here’s a quick and easy, ‘How/Where-to’ guide to navigate the vortex that is the Olympia Expo. The Expo is where you’re going to spend all day Friday, Saturday, and/or Sunday. Not only are the vendor booths a major attraction, but apart from the men’s evening finals, men’s bodybuilding prejudging, the press conference and Meet the Olympians, everything is held at the convention center. “Everything” is an ambiguous term begging to be quantified. This year, in addition to men’s bodybuilding, men’s and women’s physique, figure, fitness and bikini, the Olympia is playing host to at least a dozen other events, including model searches, a strongman challenge, Olympic lifting, CrossFit, powerlifting, boxing, and a variety of martial arts, all of it included with your $30 Expo ticket. There’s a lot going on, and there’s no way to see all of it. Pick and choose wisely.

Hours:
Friday expo hours: 10:00am – 5:00pm
Saturday expo hours: 10:00am – 5:00pm

Deals happen at the last hour, so make sure, if you can, to go back to the expo Sunday and see what (if anything) your favourite supplement companies or clothing retailers have on sale!

What’s happening…?
- Celebrate Optimum’s 30th birthday (they look really good for 30!) by trying their celebratory flavour, BIRTHDAY CAKE! They’ll be sampling their Gold Standard Whey in new birthday cake flavour all weekend, and you don’t want to miss out.

RIVALUS at the O

What’s happening?
- They are launching 2 new flavours of Native Pro100 - Banana and Berry
- They will be sampling it out and giving out samples. Also there will be giveaways throughout both days and a SERIOUS swag bag.

GAT at the O
Location: #1118

What’s happening?
- Pose as Big Ramy and/or Janet Layug, they’re going to have cutouts of the two
- They have created the Compete Harder Challenge Course! Attendees will have a chance to take part in a timed, 4 station course – pull-ups, dips, push-ups, and sit-ups. The top male and female contestant of the day will win a trophy and a GAT prize pack totaling $200
