Congratulations go out to fellow Canadian IFBB Pro Fouad Abiad who just earned an invite to compete at The Arnold Classic this March! If you've been reading his blog on FLEXonline, you'll know he's in serious training mode now for the upcoming FLEX Pro and has even hired Hany Rambod to getting him in top form.
