10 weeks out from the 2016 NPC West Coast Classic, DaveMadMax catches up with Co-promoter Chris Minnes! He has a brand new threatre/venue, and the show is looking to be considerably bigger and better than not only all his past shows, but also the Ferrigno Legacy!
