Back Training With IFBB Pro Derik Farnsworth

MUSCLE INSIDER magazine heads to World Gym San Diego to watch IFBB Pro Derik Farnsworth blast back just a few days out from the Tampa Pro. He's 5 days out, and you can tell his energy is starting to fade, but the guy is a total work horse. He grabs his meals, and lets Dave Mad Max into his weird world of peak week! After his wife takes progress shots, we head to Mecca to train back. Derek starts with straight arm pull downs, followed by behind the nexk lat pulldowns, narrow-grip T-bar rows, one arm rows, bent over rows, v-bar pulldowns to the front, and finishing off with wide grip single-arm seated cable pull downs. Seriously, this guy must've done 100 sets for back!
