Hidetada trains arms 2 weeks out from 2014 Olympia

Hidetada and Dave take us through a killer arms workout 2 weeks before the Olympia. He starts with machine preacher curls to warm up and get his pump started, moving on to incline dumbell curls, then barbell curls to finish off the bicep part of the workout. For triceps, Hide hits EZ bar pushdowns for the outer head, then seated overhead cable extensions (not every gym had this - it's an incredible machine), super-setted with machine dips! After the workout, we get a short interview where he discusses how he feels being so close to a big show. Dave also discusses how Hidetada has managed to get better every show.
