Macc Truck and Eric Broser update - 12/14

In this Mac Trucc update, we have Coach Broser and The Trucc talking about where they are now, and where they're headed in terms of Mac's off-season. Eric talks about Mac's transformation in the off-season, and what show he's planning on doing next (March, 2015). The official prep will start 12 weeks out! They discuss what intense training really means, and why time under tension when you train is SO important. Mac emphasizes why how much you lift isn't as important, "Your muscles don't know how much weight you're lifting."
