Only I know how happy I was with the work I was doing, with the progress I would show on the Arnold stage, weeks of work... but that's life, it loves to throw challenges at me and this is just one more that I will look back on in the future and see how strong I was once again. Now it's time to focus on recovery and health, unfortunately, I won't be at the Arnolds anymore but now I'm sure I won't have any more pains in the other preparations.
