Heath began bodybuilding in his fourth year of college after deciding that he had reached his peak in basketball. Impressed by the physical transformation the sport had to offer, Heath, over time converted his body mass from a mere 180lbs to a lean 230lbs of muscle. The “Gentle Giant” as he is affectionately called went on to win his first amateur competition in 2003; less than a year of he began his initial training. Heath remained undefeated in his amateur career and has since graced more than two covers of MUSCLE INSIDER magazine! He has claimed several IFBB Pro Competition titles not the least of which is the coveted MR. OLYMPIA title, which was once held for seven years by Schwarzenegger himself.

Earning a bachelor’s degree in IT and Business Administration, Heath paved the way for his current business ventures, which includes the release of four bodybuilding DVDs: THE GIFT, THE GIFT UNWRAPPED, JOURNEY TO THE OLYMPIA and BECOMING NUMBER 13 and more recently his signature clothing line. When he’s not training in the gym, Heath enjoys reading, playing the piano, playing video games and relaxing with wife Jennie, son Michael and their two dogs.
